Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, if the item is not in stock, I'll begin production of the items purchased. After the production run, the items are post processed and inspected before packaging and shipping. I strive to have most orders out the door in 5 to 7 business days, but I also occasionally travel for work which may cause a delay. Should this rarity be the case, I'll contact you as soon as I can about it.
Our Return Policy
I want you to love what you buy from me, so I believe in Customer Service. If a product doesn't deliver as described and presented, please contact me and we will discuss it and see how we can make it right. Due to the nature of this industry and the environment the products will be used, I do not offer any returns or refunds after 30 days from delivery.
Warranty Information
I thoroughly field test and load test my products before bringing them to market. I'm also very OCD and inspect my products closely during the post processing portion of completing your order. If you've used other 3D printed items before, you'll see noticeable differences in the quality of my prints compared to others. With that being said, if you do have a product that has a manufacturing defect, please contact me about it and we'll discuss the situation and get you back to your adventure as fast as possible.

Your smart phones and the internet already invade your privacy enough. I don't and won't share your information with anyone, unless presented with a court order.
